Pup Portraits

    While I was away in Seattle I had an idea to do a charity shoot with dogs. In the past I only really had only really worked with 2 dogs owned by Jessica, one of the models that I shoot with regularly. Jessica's boyfriends mother also owns and runs a dog training facility in Middletown, New York. Together with High Point K-9 Training Facility we set up the shoot for a Saturday morning. 

  We had a fantastic turnout and for over 5 hours straight we shot with a fantastic bunch of beautiful dogs. All types of breeds of all shapes and sizes. 

  This was really my first time working with dogs and besides a few small hiccups it was a huge success. Photographing dogs was completely new to me and exciting and I hope to be doing many more of them in the future.

  Huge thank you to High Point K-9 for helping us out with this project and we hope to team up more in the future. Also looking forward to working with some other K-9 facilities all over New York and the Tri-State area. Thank you as well to all of the dogs owners and the dogs themselves for being a part of this fantastic day.

 Of course had to grab one shot of Jessica with this beautiful dog. They went perfectly together and of course Jessica looks as beautiful as ever.
